What is the meaning of "company they are today"?

I heard the following sentence on a Youtube video. Though I could understand the meaning of the sentence without difficulty, I cannot understand the grammar associated with "company they are today". Therefore, I would really appreciate it if someone could explain the grammar and what are the similar possible scenarios that we could use this structure.
