What is the meaning of "are coming tomorrow"?

I found the following sentence in a Youtube video. According to the context, I could understand that the speaker was asking what time that person would come the day after. What I cannot understand is why they avoided "you" in the sentence.

So, what time are coming tomorrow?

If I had been the person who was asking the question, I would have ask it in the following way.

So, what time are you coming tomorrow?

Therefore, I would be grateful if someone could let me know whether this was a mistake or not. If it wasn't, please let me know what are the situations in which we could avoid such words.
