What is the meaning of accordingly in this sentence?

"If you immigrated to or emigrated from Canada in 2015, you may have to reduce your claim for some of the non-refundable tax credits. If you prorated any federal non-refundable tax credit, you have to prorate the corresponding provincial or territorial non-refundable tax credit accordingly."

Question: Does it mean 'in agreement with (the federal tax credit)?' That is, do I have to prorate the same way/rate that I prorated the federal tax?

Thank you. Yes, 'in the same way' was how I interpreted it. But I couldn't find that definition on any online dictionary. Emotion: thinking
