Please don't use ALL CAPITAL letters. It's the Internet version of shouting, and no one likes to be shouted at.

Strict presciptionists will tell you it should be "Whom are you here with?" but just about no one would say it that way. While we do use "whom" when it comes right after the preposition ("With whom did you speak?" it's almost never used to start a sentence like th

I'd say that that is the grammatically correct form -- but without all those capitals!
