What is the gramatical structure of this sentence and it's meaning.

Can someone explain the sentence below gramatically ?
I mean, for example "will have" reminds me the future perfect tense. What about others in that sentence ?
"She will have had to have been being made to be able to be swimming."
What is meant in this sentence ?
Thanks.

The sentence is hopelessly awkward and must have been written as a joke only; it is not good English. All it seems to mean is 'she must have been given mandatory swimming lessons'.
