what is the general meaning of this monster sentence. i can not understand the idea of this sentence

henry, in insisting that galeileo did not fully uphold the tenets of scitific rationalism, does not exclusively implicate the italian astronomer, but rather the very edific of western thought, for if galileo is the purported exemplar of rational thinking, and yet is found wanting , then the history of science cannot be understood as an endless succession of scientists carrying out their work free of all too human biases so henry admonishes, in faithfully chorincling the sweep of science in the last 300 years, historiographers would be remiss to not include the human foibles that were part of even the most ostensibly Apollonian endevars

There seem to be quite a few typos in what you have written - Galileo, endeavors, scientific, edifice, chronicling. I think the sentence basically says that according to Henry, even Galileo has a certain element of human bias in his scientific work and it would be remiss in detailing the history of science to not also include the inclusion and effect of human subjectivity and foibles. He is saying that scientific endeavor can never truly be rational/objective.
