What is the difference between:

I think when you use help in, you say someone helps another person in some subject, e.g.,

Tom helps Kate in her mathematics problems.

But when you use help with, you say someone helps another person with (for example) some tool, e.g.,

Tom helps Kate with his professional calculator.
