What is the function of "much"

1) I don't have much money. ( is it Adj?)

2) I don't have money much. ( is it Adv?)

3) I don't have much of money. ( what is it here?

Which one is grammatically correct? what is the function of "much " in each case?

The second sentence could be OK in context (OK in this context means barely acceptable):

I don't have money much. Every time I get paid I go shopping and spend it all.

Better:
