What is the easiest way to learn English tenses?

If it's, of course, possible.

English is not my native language, and it's a little hard for me to remember the groups of tenses Continuous, Perfect and Perfect Continuous.

All of the continuous tenses use the present participle of the lexical verb.

All of the perfect tenses use the helping verve "have."

I am running. (present continuous..)
I was running. (past)
I will be running. (future)

I have been running. (present perfect continuous)
I had been running. (past perfect continuous.)
