What is the direct object of "like" in this sentence? The girl? or them?
I think it's "the girl"

I agree that we understand "the girl" to be the object. Just as a curiosity, though, it may be worth mentioning that an unusual alternative interpretation is also possible, in which the object is "them". The meaning is "Among those people that you like the most, who is the girl?"
