I had lived here since 2009.
I had living here since 2009..

What is the different that two sentences? That mean the same or different? Thanks.

2. I have been living here since 2009.

The difference is that #2 is not a valid tense. You probably mean the Past Perfect Continous, but you need to review how to form this tense correctly.
