What is the different between fragrances & perfume?

Is there any different between fragrances and perfume?

men's is the correct possessive form.

In AmE it is actually more common for fragrances to be a gender neutral term applying to both men's and women's products, but perfume is used more often for women's products, and cologne for men's.
Also, fragrance has other uses, such as in regard to cleaning supplies, potpourri, food, and numerous other potentially "fragrant" items.
