What is the different between "be gifted" and "have a knack"?

I wrote the following sentence to understand the "be gifted" and "have a knack for". Please someone tell me, whether the the sentence is natural or not.


I wouldn't say I'm gifted, but I think I have a bit of a knack for computer programming.
