What is the different between ''bath'' and ''shower''? I think when you take a ''shower'' you just stand under...

What is the different between bath and shower? I think when you take a shower you just stand under the shower and don't use soap etc.

A shower is a stream of water you stand under.

a bath is a tub of water you sit in.

You'd use soap, as Clive says, in both cases.

(are you mixing up bath and bathe?)
