"Till" and "until" mean the same thing, but "till" is more casual.
They both seem to imply that I might be just beginning to do the work.

There's not a clear difference. I say they're all okay. "I have not done my homework" is a little special, because traditionally we mean "I have not completed my homework." (My homework is not done/completed.)
They all mean that at this particular point in time, my homework is not done.
"Till" and "until" mean the same thing, but "till" is more casual.
all four sentences are correct. in the first two sentences, there are 'till and until' respectively. both stand for the same meaning(existing still upto now). in the second last sentence, 'even now' stands for the still now. and in the last sentence,'yet' stands for the negation and still expecting to happen in the near future.
