What is the differences of " earlier, previously, just now, and a moment ago"

1) She told me to prepare food, earlier.

2) She told me to prepare food, previously.

3) She told me to prepare food, just now.

4) She told me to prepare food, a moment ago.

Which one is correct? which one is longer back to the past from present ?
