What is the differences between will never and will have never

Examples:

a. I will never forget about him.

b. I will have never forgotten about him

Examples:

a. I will never forget about him. YES

b. I will have never forgotten about him NO

The second sentence is not correct and is not used in English.

Here is what you want: I will never forget him.

Not sure why these two answers are accepted because they are tremendously incorrect. Both are correct and both have proper usage in English in the right tense. You just wouldn't normally say something in future imperfect. which is will have never.
