What is the difference of " limit" and "limitation" , ( intent and intention)

Dear all:

I am still confused about those words such " limit and limitation" and intent and intention"

eg.

A: Please stop cursing me , I have my

1) limits.

2) limitation.

Which one correct? why?

B: This assinged task is a huge responsibility , I don't think I can make it beucase

1) I have my limit

2) I have my limitation.

which one correct? why?

C: why did you forgo food? I really want to know your

1) intention

2) intent.

which one correct? why
