what is the difference in meaning??Are they interchangeable?

A. I heard her called Toni. VS. I heard her being called Toni.
B. I won't let him speak to like that. VS. I won't have him spoken to like that.
If they are not interchangeable then,please explain the meaning.

A. I heard her called Toni. Not correct. You can say: I heard people call her Toni. or I heard her call Toni. (She called to someone else named Toni.)

I heard her being called Toni. OK. "being called Toni" is passive voice.

B. I won't let him speak to like that. Not correct. You can say: I won't let him speak to her (you need an object) like that.

It is awkward, even though it is correct grammatically.
