What is the difference between- "The train is arrived" & "The train has arrived".

That sounds right. The Train has arrived.

the first pattern of the sentence is in 'passive voice' wherein somebody needs to have done something but nobody can arrive a train; but in second sentence, we have a very clear subject with us and the sentence retains its sense.!!
