What is the difference between the three complementizers whether, that and for used in sentences?

Thanks again! Before I forget, when you listed “relativizers” above, I assumed you were just talking about anything that links to a relative clause (relative pronouns, relative adverbs, and fused relative pronouns). However, after looking back at your notes, I am wondering where the “free” relative counterpart for relative adverbs falls (“I will go when I can”). Previously, I would just count this as a subordinating conjunction. Under your beliefs, would it just be called a “complementizer” AND “adverbalizer”? Additionally, does this mean that regular “relative adverbs” are technically relativizers, complementizers, and adverbalizers?
