What is the difference between the meaning of these to sentences?

1.I'd love to live by the sea.
2.I love to live by the sea.

2. One of the things you like to do is live by the sea, as you occasionally do, and we don't know whether you live there now. (This is somewhat unlikely and probably not what you mean. I'd expect "I love living by the sea", which can also mean, and usually does, that you do live there now and love it.)
