What is the difference between present perfect participle in passive voice and past participle

What is the difference between present perfect participle in passive voice and past participle?

In present perfect participle in passive voice, I mean having been bitten, having been eaten, having been killed etc

In past particple, I mean bitten, eaten, killed etc

I have searched for the ans on the web but can't find any related information.
