What is the difference between "have to be going" and "have to go"

I found the following sentence on one of movies that I watched. Please someone tell me what is the difference between "have to be going" and "have to go".

Anyway, we have to be going?

Anyway, we have to go?

Both are commonly said, and often no difference is intended. Anyway, we have to be going. Sounds more casual, and also implies that you might stay a little longer if I coaxed you to.
