WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CONTINUOUS TENSE AND PERFECT CONTINUOUS TENSE?

TAKE AN EXAMPLE-He will be tired because he will be exercising so hard

He will be tired because he will have been exercising so hard.

BOTH REPRESENT THE SAME MEANING BUT THERE'S A DIFFERENCE WHICH I DON'T KNOW.
