what is difference between'I have and I have got'
I have a pen
I have got a pen.

which one is used in the context of 'Found' or meaning that person found a thing from somewhere and possess ownership of it

I got a pen is a non-standard form of I've got/ I have got a pen. As you have been told, I have is the more formal version of I've got//I have.

None of them means I found and now possess.
