What is the difference?

Our house have made of gold Present perfect

Our house were made of gold Past simple

Our house are made of gold ?

Sorry guys i just don’t understand why some people preffered to use are+[past participle/past tense ] cause the way i understand are only for present continuous

examples

we are having party tonight

they are leaving early

you are amazing

So When and Why to use are instead of have or were ?
