What is the difference?

1.I have left to take food outside?
2.I have left taking food outside?

what the difference between these two line?....Is there any gramatical mistake?...thakns in advance

thnaks mister micawber for replying. i got the first line but in the second line i have some doubt.By the second line i want to say that "I dont take food outside anymore"...can I express it by that line??

No, #2 does not say that clearly. You can say 'I have stopped taking food outside' or 'I have left off taking food outside'.
