what is the difference ?

1st) Do you finish your homework ?, have you finished your homework ?, are you fiinished with your homework ? <-- are they have the same meaning ?

2nd) Are they have bla bla bla, do they have bla bla bla <--- are they same ? how do we know when we should use "are/is" or "do/does" to start the question ??

3rd) are you finished <-- why "finished" ? can i say "are you finish" , i dont get it why we should use "finished" ??

THX so muchhh, all of these make me confused !!!!
