What is the difference?

Hi, Please tell me the difference.

If I were having lunch with the company president and said, "Gimme the apple," I might be thrown out before the meal is served (or the drink arrives). -- Is this showing lack of certainty in the past and in the passive voice?

If I were having lunch with the company president and said, "Gimme the apple," I might have been thrown out before the meal is served (or the drink arrives) -- Is this showing lack of certainty in a passive continous in the past?

Are they both expressing the lack of certainty?

Sorry, I couldn't post in the General English Grammar Questions section and that is why I posted here.
