What is the correct word describing the person that administrate an agricultural land?

What is the correct word describing the person that administrate an agricultural land?
Leaseholder? Renter? Landholder?

This person doesn't has ownership right on the property (agricultural land), only manage the farmland as agricultural business for a limited (contract) period of time.

About "tenant farmer", without "farmer" could be more accurate.
The person will rent the land from owner and contract other companies for working the land. He is not working the land himself.
So in this case tenant is the right term?
