What is the correct way to make a proper name plural such as Chavez

What is the correct way to make a proper name plural. if the name is Chavez is it The Chavezes or Chavezs' ?

With the exception of individual letters (mind your p's and q's) and perhaps a few other exceptions, don't use an apostrope to form a plural. This is Maria Chavez. This is Rosa Chavez.

It is Chavezes. I just found out, I've been writing it wrong for years....Chavez's is wrong. Emotion: sad
