What is the correct tense to ask this question in job interviews?

A."How much will my salary be if I'm hired?"

B."How much would my salary be if I was hired?"

I'm having trouble to determine whether I should use real or unreal conditionals when it comes to question sentences

Hi I suppose it depends on your level of confidence. " You say this when you think you getting the job is possible but not certain. " You say this when you are probably not optimistic about getting the job or you are not very keen in getting it.
