What is the correct order in these three words?

If the object is a bar, then I would guess:

Chocolate ice bar. (Do you mean ice cream bar?)

You have a BAR--what kind of BAR? An ICE bar. What flavor of ICE? CHOCOLATE.

So the order is chocolate ice bar. (Each additional modification normally goes in front of the original word).
