What is the correct form of adjective

Hi there

Can you please help me with the following adjective question. My option is highlighted in red font. Am I correct?


Rewrite the following, filling in the blanks with the correct form of the word in brackets:

Only 'small' works.

There is no comparison in the sentence. It only states the fact that the twins are small.
In addition, you cannot say 'quite smaller'.
