What is the best way to respond to an email introduction?

I was introduced to a colleague over email. I want to respond, is the reply below correct.

"Good to know you over email.
Looking forward to working with you."

Thanks in advance.

(You don't have to mention that you're writing this in an email. That's already obvious.)
