What is the best way to phrase this?

X: I hope you can forgive me.

Y: _________________________? You're my best friend.

- How could I not forgive you?

- Why would I not forgive you?

- Why should I not forgive you?

What is the best way to phrase this to basically say "Of course I forgive you. Why would you ever doubt that"? (please let me know if you have a better option than one of the three I suggested)

This is informal conversation, so I'd recommend contractions.

I'd probably say Why wouldn't I forgive you?
