Mine No, seriously I do! It's a Dell XPS 1710. 16GHz processor, 100GB hard drive and 2GB of RAM.

Do you know how to get a good deal from Dell? A friend of mine told that Dell (US) web site often has special sessions. During those sessions, you can get a laptop with very low price, he actually bought a 12" one with 50% price. But I don't know how to get into that.

Actually Tadd, Dell seem to have promotions constantly on their websites and in the press (in the UK).

As for me, I wanted 2GB of RAM and waited until they offered 2GB for the price of 1GB...

The best bet is to look at one of their websites. Prices are slightly cheaper on the US website than the UK one, but a starting point is www.dell.com and then choose your region/country...

Obviously, Dell XPS M1710 is the fastest laptop (up to date) but it is too expensive. It's not very wise to buy one except you're a millionaire

I don't think anyone who knows anything about computers would argue that Apple's OS is superior to Windows - and always has been!

And I'll admit I have and iPod and iTunes installed on my laptop, which I think is far superior to WMP 10 or the new version 11 release.

However, I don't think the issue is whether you can get used to the menus, but more whether you can get software f

So, why do you buy a Macbook, not a Dell, Acer or any brand else? In my opinion, Mac OS is an outstanding feature of Macbooks, and we should not install a Windows OS into it.

Install Windows on Macbook is not correct for me, but is a new oportuniy to meet Apple and if you have Windows software can use it.

Really Windows if for PC and Mac OS X is for Mac and Linux if for all
