What is the appropriate verb or expression to use in this situation?

Today I have a real-life situation but at that time I cannot think of an appropriate verb to express what I mean.

Amazon is using a third-party carrier to ship me the products they sell but the carrier is really horrible and ruins up everything and their attitude is also awful. I then chatted with the customer service of Amazon about my experience and wish them to

scold at the carrier? (Doesn't sound correct)

complain to the carrier? (I don't mean that, the carrier will not take care of any complain)

talk to the carrier? (sound too nice to them?)

At that moment I wasn't able to think of the appropriate verb, I'd like to mean that Amazon will say something to the carrier that is like punishment or expressing anger to the carrier. What is the appropriate verb to use?
