I want to make this word represent how old and new some items are. For example, some movies can be classified as classic, because they were in production long time ago. On the other hand, some others can be classified as very new, because they were produced not long ago.
What do you call this word? What is the appropriate title for this?

I don't really undestand what you want. A word that means both 'old' and 'new'? Or how about a word like 'age'?
