what is the answer to smb's apology?

Hello!

Could you help me, please? What do you usually say, or what are the ways of answering when somebody apologizes?

Thank you!

It depends on many things, including how serious the situation apologised for was, how well the people involved know each other, the relative social statuses of the people, etc. Sometimes just a smile of acknowledgement is sufficient. Sometimes a "no problem' or 'That's OK' is appropriate.
