What is the active voice of They have been invited by the president

I'm learning english grammar had difficulty in changing passive into active&active into passive. I've included the question please the question have a few more to ask.

I thought the passive form of a sentence is when the name is mentioned at the end or close to the end of the sentence? Active name at or near the beginning?

passive= they have been invited by the P.

active= The p. has invited them, or, The p. invited them.

Could you be more clear on this please?
