What is that paper called?

Hi

Could you please tell me what we call that paper which we receive from the Customer Service Department of any organisation, say, an educational institute - the paper that has all the necessary information/details like telephone numbers, admission fee, admission dates, procedure for admission, and all. Please look at this:

The lady gave me ________________ and told me that it would answer all my queries.
