What is reflexive pronoun use?

I've written: "The statements of the Nazi officials have also opposed the idea that van der Lubbe started the fire on his own."

Microsoft Word underlines 'on his own' and suggests changing due to 'reflexive pronoun use.'

I want to say that van der Lubbe started the fire by himself, without aid from others. What should I do?

Use 'on his own' or 'by himself'. Any grammar- or vocabulary-checking software is suspect.
