what is "instructor's edition" of a book?

i was looking at a (text) book in amazon.com and it says instructor's edition. and surprisingly it's cheaper and described exactly as the original book, except for its weight and the word 'instructor's edition.' Can anybody tell me what this means? Is it different than the original book?

thanks

Hi, If it's exactly the same book, I don't know what this means. However, some textbooks come in the form of a 'class set', which consists of several books for the students and one 'instruction' book for the teacher. Perhaps that's what it may be.
