What is needed
This is someone's comment on a news article.
The populace is trained from pre-school up to follow orders and not make waves. Respect for your elders, upperclassmen, senior employees in your company, or your parents, sounds charming but if they're abusing that power, if they're incapable of change that's desperately needed.
I don't really understand what is needed. Would you please help?
