What is natural answer of the following question?

Hi.

I just got a question from native speaker like this.
"When did you first driving car?"
So I answered like this.

"To got a driver licence at driving school, that is my first driving."

When did you first on trip?

When I went to Hong Kong at honeymoon, that's my first trip.

I'm not sure about how many natural and tense or structure.
