What is most common?

hi,
English is my second language, and i want to know what is most common and used by the English speakers in the next phrases:

1- keep feminine & keep femininity

2- kids isle & kid isle

would u please tell me what are the most used form of these phrases?

Could you explain a little more what you are trying to say? None of the possibilities are very clear.

Thanks for your answer and time, what I meant for both possibility is:

For #1 - I meant to ask females to stay and keep their femininity! by only tow words, it's a kind of a tittle, no obligation of using your/her/my! I just wanted to know what is most used in English? to say keep yourself feminine? or to say keep your femininity? Thanks for the answer.

Okay, if you want titles, I would suggest "Stay Feminine" and "Kids' Isle".
