I understand it to mean that it occurs with these other things also going on. That's what "in context" means to me in normal situations.

But I'm not a psychologist so perhaps "in context" in this setting means what is suggested above - that these other things are symptoms.

I still believe it means "if A occurs in the context of B" means that if A happens while B is also happening.
