this is what a guy said when he was making some comments of the other guy. thank you

At a very long shot, it might mean that he is so Minnesotan that he even eats fish that is not particularly palatable. There really does not seem to be a "loop fish" as a species, so perhaps it is something to do with the way the fish are caught.

It's "loup fish" -- "Loup de mer" in French, of "Wolf of the Sea."
